Peter Pan!

We went to see the 360 degree theater production of Peter Pan for our Valentine's Day date!  Trey and Ambry and Luke and I absolutely LOVED the performance!  It was amazing.  It originated in London, moved to San Francisco, is here in Atlanta through March and then will move on to Chicago.  The performance is in a giant tent, much like Cirque du Soleil... however, along with the live performers there is a giant 360 degree screen around the dome of the tent.  It took two hundred computers 4 weeks to generate the images on that giant screen!  It is 3 times the size of an Imax screen.  Twelve projectors are used, each covering 30 degrees of the big top!
It reminded us of the Soarin' ride at Epcot, but projected all the way around the top of a circus tent and with live performers that FLEW!!!
Here are a few of the photos we took tonight.  We were not allowed to take any during the performance.  We are so thankful we were able to attend the show and then we topped off our special night with a little Varsity!  YUM!
Awesome seats... third row right in the center!
